Our Art Service Policy
(DOES NOT APPLY TO LOGO PACKAGES)
- All jobs have a minimum charge of $20.
- 50% markup on same day service (24 hours or less).
- Sometimes a job may take longer or have more edits than it is originally quoted. We reserve the right to modify the pricing as needed. You will be notified of any additional charges before any additional work is started.
- If you are working on a budget, please let us know and we will try to stay within your price range. Quote request is recommended.
- All artwork must be approved by the client/salesperson. Otherwise art will NOT be released.
- Once the art is approved by you (or your client), you are fully responsible for any errors.
- Terms are Net 15.
- Our normal turnaround time is generally 2-3 days.
- A valid credit card is required before starting any job. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if payment is not received 30 days after job completion.
- All major credit cards accepted.
